Don't take any antihistamines (including cold preparations) 5 days prior to the appointment. Antihistamines include Benadryl (Diphenhydramine), Reactine (Cetirizine), Claritin (Loratadine), Blexten (Bilastine), Rupall (Rupatadine), Aerius (Desloratadine), Allegra (Fexofenadine), Pepcid (Famotidine), and Dymista nasal spray (Azelastine/Fluticasone).
If you have fevers, chills, sore throat, cough, or other infectious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Masks are mandatory in the clinic.
Please come early to find parking, you may need to walk a few blocks to find a spot.
48hr cancellation policy (excluding weekends and holidays). $75 rebooking fee will apply to last-minute cancellation/no-show of appointment.
If you are referred for a rash, please bring pictures of the rash if possible.
If you are referred for food allergies, you may want to bring some samples.
